Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of RumboDesk (the "Service"), operated by RumboTech Labs S.A.S. de C.V. ("RumboDesk", "we", "us"), with tax domicile in the state of Puebla, Mexico. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

RumboDesk is a SaaS platform for travel operators and agencies that allows you to ingest booking information (emails, PDFs, Word, Excel, pasted text, etc.), structure it via artificial intelligence, and manage it with human review before confirmation. The Service also includes auxiliary tools such as supplier catalog, client management, deadlines and operational reporting.

3. Account and eligibility

You must be of legal age and have legal capacity to enter into contracts. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Plans, pricing and payments

The Service is offered under monthly or annual subscription plans. Current prices are published at /en/pricing. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also accept Stripe's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless you cancel in advance.

We offer a no-credit-card trial period. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan at the end of the trial, your account moves to a limited mode or is suspended.

Refunds: payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property, contains malware or promotes illegal activities.
  • Attempt to access other accounts, breach security, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
  • Overload our infrastructure via mass scraping or excessive automated queries.

6. User content

You retain ownership of all information you upload or input into RumboDesk ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process and display such Content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for having the right to process the personal data of third parties (end-clients, suppliers) you input, and for complying with applicable privacy law when sharing it with us.

7. Artificial intelligence

The Service uses third-party AI models (Anthropic) to structure the content you forward. The AI proposes results; you review and confirm before any information becomes a booking. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of AI-generated results; you are responsible for verifying everything before acting on it.

8. Intellectual property

RumboDesk, its brand, logo, software and design are property of RumboTech Labs S.A.S. de C.V. or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights over the Service's intellectual property other than the limited right of use described.

9. Availability and changes

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates or modifications to the Service. We will endeavor to notify material changes with reasonable advance notice.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay your subscription, or if your use endangers the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time from the portal or by emailing hola@rumbodesk.com.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within thirty calendar days. After that period, we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Notice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RumboDesk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RumboDesk against third-party claims arising from: (i) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, (ii) User Content you upload, or (iii) violation of third-party rights.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. For any controversy arising from them, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city and state of Puebla, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction they may have.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify material changes by email or via a prominent in-Service notice. If you continue using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept them.
